For years, we've cultivated, fermented, and refined some of Colombia's most celebrated coffees. Now, we're completing the journey—roasting each lot ourselves with the same precision we apply to every stage of production.

Our subscriptions connect you directly to La Palma & El Tucán Farm in Zipacón, Cundinamarca, where over 200 neighboring families and our own estate produce coffees of uncommon clarity and complexity. Roasted on state-of-the-art equipment with curves calibrated to each harvest, this is coffee as we intended it to be experienced.

    Can I change my subscription plan later?

    Yes. You can move between Everyday, Single Estate, and Rarities Club at any time from your account. Adjust your frequency, size, or plan whenever your preferences evolve.

    Do you ship to my country?

    We ship worldwide directly from our farm via express air carriers. Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so any local customs duties or taxes are handled upon delivery.

    Whole bean only?

    Yes. We ship whole bean exclusively to preserve the aromatic integrity of each lot. Grinding just before brewing allows you to experience the full clarity and structure we've worked to achieve.

    Can I pause or skip?

    Anytime. Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel without penalty. Simply log in to your account before your next scheduled roast date to manage your preferences.
