This series is a tribute to the small-scale coffee-growing families who trusted us when our model was new, unfamiliar, and full of unanswered questions. They chose to walk with us not because it was easy, but because they believed in what we could build together.

La Amistad Series honors the relationships that have defined our journey from the very beginning.

While they focused on cultivating exceptional coffee, we contributed the tools, processes, and infrastructure that weren't yet accessible to them: innovation in fermentation, experimentation, post-harvest techniques, technical support, and the systems needed to reach a different kind of market.

Not because they couldn't do it, but because partnership allowed us to share knowledge, resources, and responsibilities in a way that strengthened everyone.
