A supportive and regenerative collection born from the Neighbors & Crops program, designed to revitalize the local coffee-growing culture. With more than 200 neighboring smallholders involved, cherries are purchased directly, farmers receive training in selective harvesting, and they are paid up to twice the official FNC price, with additional premiums for quality, loyalty, and organic practices.

Processing relies on innovative and biological methods — such as lactic and acetic fermentations — carried out with great care at the farm. These include sealed-tank fermentations and slow drying on raised beds, resulting in clean, vibrant coffees with stone-fruit sweetness and floral notes such as orange blossom.
